If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In brand-new, hygienic condition
  • Free from perfume, stains, or damage
  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Baby clothing laws and hygiene standards in Egypt do not allow returns of used or washed items.


2. When Return Shipping Is Free

Return shipping fees are fully covered by us if:

  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product, size, or color
  • Your order arrived incomplete
  • There was an error from our side

In these cases, you may choose:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

3. When the Customer Pays for Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are paid by the customer when:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You no longer want the product
  • You want to exchange for a different color or print

Return fees are based on the courier’s rate for your region.


4. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Prints
  • Different products of equal value

Exchanges follow the same hygiene and eligibility conditions listed above.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund method depends on your original payment method:
    • COD orders: refunded as bank transfer or wallet transfer
    • Online payments: refunded through Paymob to the original payment method
    • valU payments: refunded through valU according to their policies

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items missing tags or packaging
  • Items with perfume, stains, or damage
  • Final-sale items (if marked as such during promotions)

7. Receiving a Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrived incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will immediately arrange a free pickup and replacement or refund.


8. How to Request a Return

You can request a return through:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will arrange the pickup with the courier and guide you through the process.
