The Muffins is a brand based in Egypt specializing in baby and toddler cotton apparel.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, prints, and descriptions.
However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.
  • We may discontinue or update items without prior notice.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Promotions and discounts may be applied during checkout but cannot be retroactively added after the order is placed.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate
  • You are 18+ or have guardian consent
  • You agree to the pricing and shipping fees shown at checkout

We may cancel orders if:

  • The information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
  • The courier was unable to reach you after repeated attempts
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is provided by a trusted third-party courier service.

Handling Time

Orders require 1 business day to process.
Friday and Saturday are non-operational days.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Cairo & Alexandria: within 24 hours after courier pickup
  • Other governorates: up to 5 business days

Delivery times may change during holidays, bad weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on courier rates.
  • For Instagram orders, fees will be communicated before confirming your order.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In summary:

You may return items within 14 days if they meet hygienic conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No perfume, stains, or wear
  • With tags and packaging intact

Return Fees

Return shipping is covered by us only when:

  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item/size/color
  • The order arrived incomplete

For all other reasons (e.g., size change, mind change), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made within 2 hours, or before the courier picks up the package — whichever comes first.

9. User Conduct

By using our website or Instagram shop, you agree not to:

  • Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel service for violations.
