At The Muffins – a cotton makery, our goal is to deliver your baby’s essentials safely, quickly, and with the care they deserve.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders require 1 business day for handling and packaging.
- Our business days are Sunday through Thursday.
- Friday and Saturday are non-operational days, and orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We ship nationwide through a trusted third-party courier service.
Estimated delivery times:
- Cairo & Alexandria: within 24 hours after courier pickup
- All other governorates: up to 5 business days
Delivery may vary slightly based on courier load, holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Fees are determined directly by the courier’s regional rate.
- For Instagram orders, shipping fees will be communicated before confirming your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable for the courier.
- If the delivery attempt fails repeatedly, the order may be returned and re-shipping fees may apply.
5. Online Payments
We accept secure online payments through our payment partner:
- Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards
- Apple Pay
- valU
All transactions are processed safely via Paymob’s secured payment gateway.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp from the courier, or
- A tracking update via email for website orders
You can monitor your shipment’s status until delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
Please contact us if:
- Your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe
- The courier cannot reach you
- You received an incorrect or incomplete shipment
